The fuel tank now has 20 gallons in it and the forward hard ballast tank has 30 gallons of cooling fluid for the generator engine.  All the internal systems are now functional.  We were finally able to install the conning tower.  As you can see in the new pictures it is really starting to look like a midget submarine.
