I went out for a full day today and fished both tides and a variety of locations. I managed to catch approximately 25 fish, 7 of which were keepers. I focused on shallower moving water near mouths or channels. The 90 minutes immediately following peak high tide was definitely most productive! The 3/8 ounce white bucktail tipped with shedder was the preferred bait. | ||||||||||||||||||

HARRAHS
CONTINUES TO PRODUCE FISH I went out late afternoon Thursday (5/31) and fished the outgoing tide. The water temperature was 60 degrees and clear. I didn’t waste any time fishing other areas, Harrahs has been the hot spot! I stuck with the white 3/8-ounce bucktail tipped with squid. After fishing 3 hours I had 7 keepers out of approximately 20 fish. The largest was this 23.5” weighing 5.3 lbs.

Tom writes, I fished Tuesday morning near Harrahs in water 10-12' deep. I used a 1/2 ounce white jig tipped with squid or shedder. I caught about 25 flatties and kept a limit of 8 including a 23 incher weighing 4.31 lbs. |
