My absence has been due to a very hectic schedule with work and at home, It was great to be back on the water today! I launched out of Faunce Landing early this morning and had no problem finding large schools of peanut bunker. After netting plenty for the day I headed to Black Point in search for Weakfish. It didn't take very long until I boated my first fish drifting the bunker in 15' of water with as little weight as possible. After catching numerous smaller fish, I landed this 26 incher. Live bait is plentiful in the back water, the fishing will only improve as the fall season approaches.
